Roast Chicken Roast Dinner (GF)


This is one of those dishes that makes me declare 'Terri is a GENIUS!'.

Succulent chicken is roasted in a magic concoction of butter (the REAL stuff), garlic & lemon zest. By roasting, the skin becomes crunchy, zesty & delicious. 

We combine those flavours with roasted vegetables; potato, carrot & parsnip. For a bit of 'green', fresh peas are gently steamed. Finally, the meal is topped with a traditional gravy.

You will thank yourself for eating this one!

Store frozen. Best results; defrost in fridge before heating. Eat within 2days.

Meal for One: Microwave Heating: Pierce plastic film. Heat for 2-4min / Oven Heating: Remove plastic film completely. Heat for 15-20min at 160C. Serve & enjoy! Our 'Meals for One' are complete meals.
