How to get setup as a Support at Home (SAH) client
1. Ask your Support at Home manager to send us a referral email. This email notifies us that you wish to order meals from us and grants us authority to receive payment of a 70% meal subsidy from your Support at Home funding.

2. We create your customer profile & notify you that you can order meals.
3. You order meals via phone or website.
What Support at Home partnerships does iCooked have?
Below is a list of current Support at Home providers that we supply to as an 'Associated Provider'. As an Associated Provider, we have strict compliance requirements including annual dietitian assessments and staff police checks.
If your Support at Home provider is not listed, please reach out! We are always willing to add to our partnerships list.
Ordering via our website after account activation
1. Login to your account.
2. Shop as per normal.
3. At the payment page, your meal subsidy will automatically be discounted from your total payment!
