ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email to let you know if is on its way! This email will be sent the day you have selected for delivery.
STORE PICKUP - 2 Civil Court, Toowoomba, QLD 4350
Orders can be picked up Monday to Friday from 8am to 2.30pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up.
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within the 4350 & 4352 postcodes. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed by 12noon on a weekday, can be on the next local delivery day (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday).
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking
information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING - The Farm Shop Delivery
Orders are placed by midday Monday for Southeast Queensland delivery will be delivered the same week by our Shopping partner, The Farm Shop.
Shipping fee of $35 applies to the first 35 items, thereafter an additional $15 is charged for additional 35 items.
Please note that sometimes orders will take longer to arrive due to things outside our control (e.g. bush fires, flooding, etc), when these events occur, we will endeavour to contact you with an updated estimated delivery as soon as possible.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mymeals@icooked.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
