We are NDIS accredited!

iCooked meals can be co-funded through your NDIS plan under Core Supports (Daily Activities) – Assistance with the cost of meal preparation and delivery of meals.

You can claim up to 70% of the cost of your meals on NDIS Self Managed fund, provided you have funding allocation.

What will my NDIS plan cover? 

NDIS is not responsible for paying for food or food ingredients! This is an everyday living cost. 

BUT your plan may cover "reasonable and necessary funding for the cost of meal preparation." Confirm with your NDIS service provider!

How much will I pay for meals? 

Our meal prices include ingredient cost and preparation costs. You pay for the ingredient cost and the NDIS pays for the preparation cost!

NDIS funding could cover up to 70% of the cost of your meals. Check your plan now!

How does iCooked work with NDIS Self Managed? 

Once your order is placed online (or via phone) using your unique code, you will immediately pay for the ingredient costs via credit card. The remaining costs will be invoiced to your plan manager.

How do I get set up to receive my iCooked meals with NDIS funding? 

  1. Get in touch via phone, email or completing the form.

  1. We then confirm your plan details and set you up with your unique website profile and code for ordering (either via email or phone).
  1. You can start ordering! Every time you place an order through our website, we will automatically generate an invoice to your provider. You will also pay upfront for your ingredients cost.
  1. You meals will be ready for collection or delivery, as per our delivery schedule.

How do I make a complaint or give feedback about my NDIS iCooked meals?
