When it is cold & rainy or when life gets just a bit too much, this is my go-to pick me up! Delicious creamy soup filled with Australian veggies and made with much love.
NOTE: For those Vegetarians out there, this soup is made on chicken stock! Why? Because it tastes really, really good that way. We are slightly sorry about it...
Store frozen. Best results; defrost in fridge before heating. Eat within 2days.
Microwave Heating ONLY: Remove from pouch. Place into a microwave safe dish. Heat for 3 - 6 min, stirring at 2 min intervals until desired temperature.
Enjoy with crusty bread!
