Chinese Braised Pork
EGG FRIED RICE!Try our take on Chinese Braised Pork with egg fried rice, carrots & steamed boy choy! The Braised Pork starts with garlic, ginger, onion, paste which is fried to release the flavour. We then add in spices and alcohol and boil to create an incredible 'marinade'. The gorgeous pork loin is then braised with the marinade which slowly caramelises during roasting.
While all that action is taking place, we also steam off the bok choy and carrots and fried some incredible fried rice.
This dish is incredibly delicious and packed with both protein and nutrients. Enjoy!
Store frozen. Best results; defrost in fridge before heating. Eat within 2days.
Microwave Heating: Pierce plastic film. Heat for 3-4 min on medium.
Oven Heating: Remove plastic film completely. Heat for 12-15min at 160C.
