Brazilian Veg Curry
SNACK!This delicious medium heat Brazilian Coconut Curry is a vegetarian dish filled with flavour!
It is based on creamy coconut milk & filled with cannellini beans, tomatoes, kale & capsicum. It also contains smokey paprika & cumin. Served with fluffy white rice studded with quinoa.
Eat by itself as a vegetable boost or add your own choice of protein.
Store frozen. Best results; defrost in fridge before heating. Eat within 2days.
Meal for One: Microwave Heating: Pierce plastic film. Heat for 2-4min / Oven Heating: Remove plastic film completely. Heat for 15-20min at 160C. Serve & enjoy!
