This month, we're excited to share some inspiring stories from our team, as well as some tips for staying active and living with purpose. As our Head Chef Terri returns from an incredible 5-week adventure in Europe, and our Business Development Manager Stephen prepares to represent Australia in the World Championships for Standard Distance Duathlon in Spain, we're reminded of the importance of staying active and pursuing our passions.
We believe that living a healthy, active life goes beyond just eating well—it also means finding activities that bring us joy and fulfilment. Whether it's traveling, competing in sports, or exploring new hobbies, we encourage you to find your own way to keep moving and live with purpose.
In support of Stephen's upcoming competition, we've included some tips for staying active at any age:
