This classic dessert is a delicious pudding filled with chunks of dates and accompanied with a rich, creamy butterscotch sauce.
Simply bake the pudding from frozen & heat the sauce in the microwave. Then pour the amazing sauce over the pudding before serving.

Serving Instructions
Sticky Date Pudding
Store frozen. Preheat your oven to 180C. Bake from frozen for 25 - 35 min until pulling away from the edges.
Butterscotch Sauce
Store frozen. Defrost the sauce overnight in fridge for the best result. Microwave on medium for 2 minutes or until a pouring consistency.
Pour the sauce over the baked pudding. Serve warm with a lashing of cream or ice cream.
Vegetarian.Made in a mixed environment kitchen.
