This classic dessert is a delicious pudding filled with chunks of dates and accompanied with a rich, creamy butterscotch sauce. 

Our thanks to the wonderful Terri, for her love of pudding & dedication to perfecting this amazing dish! 

 

Store frozen. Best results; defrost in fridge before heating. Eat within 2days of defrosting. Remove from plastic pouch. Heat for 5-10min at 180C in the oven. 

Serve with whipped cream or custard!
