SEASONAL SPECIAL!This delicious dish is bursting with flavour. Made in a Greek style, with lamb slow cooked with white wine, lemon, rosemary, olives, eggplant & baby potatoes.
This is dish is a creation by our wonderful Head Chef, Terri! One of my personal favourites due to the amazing layers of flavour from the slow cooking.
Store frozen. Best results; defrost in fridge before heating. Eat within 2days.
Meal for One: Microwave Heating: Pierce plastic film. Heat for 2-4min / Oven Heating: Remove plastic film completely. Heat for 15-20min at 160C. Serve & enjoy! Our 'Meals for One' are complete meals.
