School holidays are the time for us to catch up with ourselves, catch our breath & have someone else mop the floors for us!
Thank you to Rosemary (our 17year old school-based apprentice) who this week has kept the floors clean, so we could get on with our long catch up lists.
This dish is so very tasty, but with only 10 left on the shelf, Kristina is keen for it to go so she can have room for the incoming Beef Stroganoff!!!
Fun Facts:
As well as mopping, Rosemary is also becoming our designated Quiche maker! We are so delighted to be on the apprenticeship journey with her & the next three & a half years will zoom by!
