Imagine you work in a 260sqm warehouse, where the ceilings are high.
The two kitchens that huddle inside the warehouse are made with coldroom wall panels (fantastic at keeping the cold in).
Now think about how we are having 7C days....
Its been a labour of love this week as we battle to keep any hot air from the ovens inside the kitchens, as the cold weather tries to sneak inside.
So we drew inspiration from one of the coldest regions in the world & have made Beef Stroganoff!

Kristina (above) has over 30 years of experience in small business with a focus on accounts, payroll and administration. Her skill set is very different from mine & I adore how our skills complement each other.
