We understand that consistency is essential, but as a local business, we sometimes need to wear multiple hats to ensure your meals are prepared and delivered with care.
On any given day, your meals could be delivered by Emma, our trusty delivery driver. However, if she's unwell, Katelyn might step in to save the day. But what if Katelyn's unavailable? You might find Stephen at your doorstep—that is, if he's not enjoying his days off. In that case, Kristina could be the one delivering your meals, unless she's occupied with other tasks. Even our Sous Chef Sue or CEO Amy might jump in when needed! Rest assured, regardless of who delivers your meals, our entire team is police-checked for your peace of mind and dedicated to providing you with friendly, reliable service.
To keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently, we've updated our delivery times from 9 am to 3 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Please note that we need to close off orders by 2 pm the day before your delivery so that we can pack the meals in the afternoon, ensuring our driver can hit the road first thing in the morning.
