Hello iCooked family,

We are still catching up with ourselves (always takes longer than we think!).

Terri is back from here annual leave & Susan is going (they have a bit of a relay thing going).

Today included the packaging of over 300 meals (yay!) and we have another 120 or so to go tomorrow (watch this space).

While Susan is away, I get to be Susan! But also Amy! Meaning I am doing two jobs (kitchen & office). This was me (above) having a TINY tea break. The tea helps. I miss Susan...
