Greek Lamb Meatballs with Rice Pilaf

We take our gorgeous, hand rolled, moreish lamb meatballs & slow cook them in a delicate, rich Rice Pilaf made on white wine, lemon, herbs, garlic, onion & char-grilled capsicum. It is served with Broccoli. 

This dish is so toothsome that you won't want to stop eating!

Store frozen. Best results; defrost in fridge before heating. Eat within 2days.

Meal for One: Microwave Heating: Pierce plastic film. Heat for 2-4min / Oven Heating: Remove plastic film completely. Heat for 15-20min at 160C. Serve & enjoy! Our 'Meals for One' are complete meals.
