French Glazed Lemon Curd Tarts (Veg)


Its Lemon season!

And when life gives us Lemons... we make delicious lemon curd!!! Its creamy, zesty and completely more-ish. We then delicately spoon it into fantastic shortbread pastry tart shells. 

This recipe we have been playing with to bring you the luxury of a French Patisserie while also have the comfort of something local & tasty!

An incredible dessert or cheeky treat to have with coffee. 

Store frozen! Remove from packaging & defrost in your fridge. Serve chilled with cream or ice cream.
