Our glorious Brandied Apricot & Mascarpone Trifle is filled with the tastes of Christmas.
This is another of our recipes that require fruit (this time Apricot) to be soaked in alcohol (this time Brandy). The result is a flavoursome dessert.
Do not eat too many of these & then drive!
Store frozen! Remove from packaging & defrost in your fridge. Serve chilled with cream or ice cream.
