This is our delightful take on a Beef Pot Roast! 

The Beef is delightfully tender in a Shiraz & Oregano glaze with 'Pot Roast' veggies.

What makes 'Pot Roast' veggies? Instead of the classic crisp dry roasted vegetables, these ones are softer, moist & tossed in the glaze. The veggie mix for this season is potato wedges, carrots, mushrooms, celery, brussels sprouts, beans, broccoli & Spinach. 
 
We highly recommend this dish if you are after something a little bit fancy, frankly delicious & filled with vegetables. 

Please note this meal is not our normal grass-fed Bluevale Homestead Beef, as those meals are so popular they keep selling out! This is a variation made with grain fed beef from our local butcher, that we make in between the Bluevale Beef deliveries. 

 

Store frozen. Best results; defrost in fridge before heating. Eat within 2days.

Meal for One: Microwave Heating: Pierce plastic film. Heat for 2-4min / Oven Heating: Remove plastic film completely. Heat for 15-20min at 160C. Serve & enjoy! Our 'Meals for One' are complete meals.
