A lovely dessert to warm up a cold evening.  This is a delicious recipe is made using seasonal apples & local rhubarb. The fruit is stewed to perfection!

Based on a recipe by Phillip Johnson of Ecco.

 

Store frozen. Best results; defrost in fridge before heating. Eat within 2days.

Oven Heating ONLY: Remove plastic film completely. Heat for 15-20min at 180C. 

Serve with warm custard or a lashing of cream or ice cream.
