Who has had Pork Loin? In my (humble) opinion it is the BEST cut of pork. Incredibly tender, minimal fat and perfect for delicious glazes that crisp as the loin roast in the oven. 

Our Pork Loin is roasted with the most delightful Ginger, Soy & Honey Glaze until perfectly tender with a crisp outside. It is served with sweet Butternut Pumpkin, Carrot, Asparagus and a flavour filled Polenta. To top off this incredible meal, the gravy is made from some extra glaze & the drippings from the roasting process.

Store frozen. Best results; defrost in fridge before heating. Eat within 2days.

Meal for One: Microwave Heating: Pierce plastic film. Heat for 2-4min / Oven Heating: Remove plastic film completely. Heat for 15-20min at 160C. Serve & enjoy! Our 'Meals for One' are complete meals.
