We often get asked - what happens if we are out when you deliver?

We can leave your order for you in a cool place, just keep in mind that we typically pack your order into cardboard boxes. These cardboard boxes have a bit of natural insulation & will keep your already frozen items cool for about 30mins. 

If you think you will be out LONGER than 30mins, we recommend you leave an esky out or purchase one of these recycled stiro cool boxes.
