It's that wonderful LEMON time of the year again! In celebration for the season, we have made this delicious retro recipe with a light & fluffy Lemon Cake cooked in a zingy lemon sauce. 

This dessert is best served with some cream or ice cream to best compliment the zing of the lemon. 

 

Store frozen. Best results; defrost in fridge before heating. Eat within 2days of defrosting. Remove from plastic pouch. Heat for 5-10min at 180C in the oven. 

Serve with whipped cream or custard!
