I have been out of the kitchen & office for most of the week moving house and it has been such a joy to know that everything would still be standing & thriving while I was away.
As a small business owner & someone who did a lean start up (with Monkey Business Catering), it has taken 7 years to get to the stage where there is an amazing team assembled & backup so I can have the 'luxury' of days off.
They did a great job without me :)
The focus was on restocking classic favourites from our menu.

Fun Facts:
Over 100 individual cottage pies were made this week. They are glorious comfort food!
AND Terri (our Head Chef) is on holidays next week with Susan taking the kitchen lead! What a gorgeous team.
