And the second short week is upon us! Terri (our lovely head chef) is off on annual leave, leaving Susan & myself in charge of the kitchen.
We have made her proud by cooking up a storm, even while retrained by a power outage on Tuesday.
Our thanks to a local community venue for letting us invade their kitchen to keep cooking while waiting for our power to come back on!

Kristina (right) & I (left) are a mother-daughter team.
It is a huge blessing that we have complimentary (& very different) skill sets!
For example, my introvert heart has the energy for phone answering 5 times a day, & Kristina's extroverted nature is still going strong by the 100th phone call.
