Our new packaging machines have arrived this week (so exciting!) & we will start our trials with products over the coming months. Once again, our appreciation to everyone who completed the survey. Your voice was heard & has been used to make a decision - we have gone with an OVEN & MICROWAVABLE option for packaging. More on that in the future.
We have been cooking away to restock some of our popular best sellers.
Maz (below) was so proud of her MOUNTAIN of Cheesy Bolognese Pasta Bake all ready to be vacuumed sealed. She to is excited about the new packaging machines (which are going to be so faster!).
We package by hand with a lot of love.
Fun Facts:
The Cheesy Bolgnese Pasta Bake recipe was invented when there was a lot of left over Bolognese & White Sauce from our Classic Lasagna and no time to layer it into the trays.
Hilariously, we now often make the Bolognese & White Sauce just for this recipe (with no Lasagna making planned!).
