Zesty Maple Glaze Vegetables (GF) (DF) (Vegan) (Vegetarian)
We have taken fresh, seasonal Australian vegetables & quickly blanched them. They are then drizzled in an amazing zesty maple glaze & snap frozen for your convenience!
This side dish is a great additional to ANY meal & will serve 4 people as a side.
As another option you can eat as a individual meal serve. Just add you choice of protein (delicious with some shredded roasted chicken or oven baked salmon!).
NOTE: The vegetables change seasonally, so keep an eye on the ingredients which will change all the time.
Defrost in your fridge overnight. Boil your kettle. Place veggies in their bag in a deep dish. Cover will boiling water. Leave for 15 to 20 minutes or until everything is warmed through. Remove from water & bag, serve.
Eat within 48 hours of defrosting.
