NEW Sweet potato and red lentil dahl (GF, DF, V)
Loaded with goodness this new vegetarian dish that is packed full of flavour. To make it we make a curry mix out of fennel seeds, garam masala, allspice, cloves, turmeric, onion, garlic red chillis (just a few). We then add roasted sweet potato and red lentils and cook down until the lentils have softened and it's a lovely thick consistency.
This dish is vegan, gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, soy free.
To Cook: Defrost from frozen and reheat slowly. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve with flat bread and a dollop of greek yoghurt.
