Perfect for a bar snack, BBQ nibble or cold in a lunch box these are absolutely delicious! The chicken wings are first rubbed in a spice mix of paprika, cumin, fried shallots and pepper. Then marinated in pineapple juice, tomato sauce, gluten free soy sauce, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, fresh ginger and garlic.
To cook: Defrost wings in your fridge overnight. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Spread an oven tray with baking paper and cook the wings in the oven for approximately 40 minutes until golden and falling off the bone. Would be great on a BBQ too, making sure you cook through to the bone.
