Spanish Chorizo, Tomato & White Bean Olla (GF) (DF) - NEW! LIMITED SPECIAL!
I was dreaming about this dish last night!
It is something new that our chef (the lovely Terri) has created based on a traditional Spanish Olla. An Olla for those of you who hadn't heard of it before (like me!) is a stew.
We start by frying the sliced Chorizo at high heat till slightly crisp. The aromatic oils that come from that are then used to saute a variety of vegetables & beans. Tomatoes are then added to create a thick stew based. We then add the Chorizo back into the dish & let it sit over night to mature the flavours.
It is then packaged for your delectation!
Defrost in your fridge & reheat gently in a saucepan till bubbling. Eat within 48 hours of defrosting.
