This recipe is an adaption of a traditional American Pumpkin Bundt Cake recipe & perfectly spiced with nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger cloves & zesty lemon.
Amy (our boss!) is Gluten Free & adores sweets, so we decided that this needed to be Gluten Free too. Its so good that you won't even notice!
The perfect way to eat it is slightly warm, served with warm custard & a lashing of cream or ice cream. Its good just with coffee too!
