Lamb Rogan Josh (GF) (NF)
A classic Indian lamb curry made with a combination of spices in a creamy tomato curry sauce, the lamb (shoulder) has been slow cooked in the spices and tomato until it's fall apart tender. Loaded with flavour this recipe includes a long list of goodies including cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, onion, garlic, ginger, tomato, salt, chicken stock, paprika, coriander, cumin, turmeric, nutmeg, garam masala and fennel powder. We then stir some plain yoghurt through it at the end.
Cooking instructions: Defrost and reheat gently until bubbling.

Serving suggestion: Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with some steamed basmati rice. You could add more plain yoghurt depending on how you like it to taste, however we don't think it's necessary. We've left the chilli out so load up if you like it hot!
