There are some many gorgeous traditional German desserts & this is one of our FAVOURITES!
Made with layers of paper thin filo pastry brushed in melted butter & sprinkled with a sweet spiced crumb. These layers than encase a decadent cream cheese & wild berry filling.
A labour of love to make but so worth it for the delicious flavour!
We have pre-baked this dessert so you can choose to defrost it & eat cold (YUM!) or warm in your oven to serve hot (EVEN MORE YUM!). Either way, it is a fantastic dessert.
Store frozen. Defrost in your fridge!
Serve cold or warm in your oven at 180C for 10min.
Perfect served with warm custard & a lashing of cream or ice cream.Vegetarian.
