NEW - Laksa Noodle Soup (DF) (Medium heat)
We start the process with our laksa paste of onion, garlic, coriander, ginger, red chili (little), lime, shrimp paste, turmeric and oil. After frying the paste we add chicken stock, coconut cream, kaffir lime leaf, free range chicken drumsticks, palm sugar, fish sauce and lime juice, lemon grass, rice noodles, Hokkien noodles, sriracha sauce and simmer until tender. At the end we add tofu, coriander and crispy fried shallots.
Cooking instructions: Defrost before use. Warm soup gently in a saucepan. Pour into bowls over cooked rice noodles and sprinkle with bean shoots and coriander. Dairy Free
Serving suggestion: we love this with some bean shoots, snow peas, a wedge of lime and some coriander.
