For this traditional mild curry, we marinate chicken in a mix of cumin, garam masala, garlic, ginger, lemon juice & yoghurt.
This is then cooked in a tomato & cream sauce to create the beautiful curry that we all know... & love!
Defrost in your fridge & reheat gently in a saucepan till bubbling. Eat within 48 hours of defrosting.
Serve with steamed rice, naan bread & pappadams.Gluten Free Friendly.
