It is a gorgeous medium heat chilli filled with locally grown veggies; capsicums, onions, shallots, tomatoes, celery & roasted red peppers.
The beautiful veggies are slow cooked with some chilli & a spice mix of cinnamon, cumin & oregano.
A perfect nacho topping (which everyone can eat!) or delicious served with rice.
