This gorgeous classic dish is loved the world over & as the cold weather has hit Toowoomba we just had to make some!
We saute small pieces of beef with onions & mushrooms & cook in a rich sour cream, tomato & wine sauce. This sauce is also has herbs, mustard & other sauces, so it is bursting with flavour!
The whole dish is rich, creamy & hearty!
Defrost in your fridge & reheat gently in a saucepan till bubbling. Eat within 48 hours of defrosting.
I love eating it with steamed rice& our delicious Gourmet Focaccia Herb Bread.Gluten Free Friendly.
