Apricot & Dark Choc Cookie Dough (Veg)
We had a craving for cookies! These moreish cookies are studded with Dark Chocolate Chips & Apricots.
Eat them still warm from the oven with ice cream or (if you have the self control) let them cool for the perfect treat.
Preheat oven to 180C. From frozen, cut the log into biscuit slices (5mm thick). Place on lined oven tray and cook in the oven for 10-15 mins until golden brown.
Each log makes approximately 20 cookies.Vegetarian
