To Cook: Cook from frozen. Do not defrost. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Brush the top with an egg wash if you like (not essential) and cook on a tray until the pastry has puffed and is turning golden (about 25 minutes). Turn the oven down to 180 degrees, covering if colouring too quickly and cook for a further 15 minutes or until piping hot.
