This is classic comfort. We saute onion and garlic until soft and fragrant, then add the beef mince to brown. A blend of spices (cumin, paprika, tiniest amount of chilli, salt) are then fried off with the meat. To this we add tomatoes, beer and stock and simmer for hours until the flavours have developed and the sauce is thick. Finally freshly soaked kidney beans are added along with a few shots of Fonzie Abbott coffee & dark chocolate to finish the whole dish off.
To Cook: Defrost from frozen. Reheat gently.
Serve with rice, guacamole, a few wedges of lime, a dollop of sour cream & corn chips or simply with a jacket potato. Gluten free.
