A delicious creamy beef dish. To make our beef stroganoff we brown the beef strips quickly in a pan. We then saute a mix of onions, garlic and mushrooms, add salt, pepper, stock and tomato paste and simmer adding some cornflour to the mixture to thicken. We then remove it from the heat and add in some sour cream.
Beef stroganoff is traditionally served with pasta, however we think it's just as good served with rice or mashed potatoes. It's a rich dish, so we also recommend serving it with some steamed green beans, sautéed broccoli or a green salad.
