A delicious Indian curry where our cauliflower is marinated in a spice mix made from yoghurt, ginger, garlic, garam masala, turmeric, cumin and chilli and then cooked in a mix of herbs, spices, cashews and tomatoes until the cauliflower melts away in your mouth.
Cooking instructions: Defrost and reheat gently until bubbling. Gluten Free. Vegetarian. Contains Nuts.
Serving suggestion: Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with some steamed basmati rice.
