A delicious creamy beef meal for one that comes served with rice. To make our beef stroganoff we brown the beef strips quickly in a pan. We then saute a mix of onions, garlic and mushrooms, add salt, pepper, stock and tomato paste and simmer adding some cornflour to the mixture to thicken. We then remove it from the heat and add in some sour cream.
Simply defrost in your fridge and microwave until bubbling.
