Terri (our lovely head chef) had a yearning for classy comfort food. It was a short leap from there to this take on the French classic dish of Normandy Pork.
It is melt in your mouth pork medallions, slow cooked with tart green apples & caramelized onion. Decadent & delicious!
Defrost in your fridge & reheat gently in a saucepan until bubbling. Eat within 48 hours of defrosting.
Serve with favourite potato pie (ours is mashed potato!).
