This family friendly dish is made from free range chicken breasts marinated in a mix of lemon zest, olive oil, salt and pepper and then poached. It's then covered in our special Italian tomato sauce (lots of slow cooked garlic, tomato and herbs) then topped with prosciutto, parmesan and cheese. This is our breadcrumb/gluten free take on the traditional pub meal. You just simply cook it in the oven like a lasagne or pie.
To cook; Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees, and then cook from frozen for about 40-45 minutes as you would a lasagne until the tomato sauce is bubbling and the cheese is golden.
Serve with a green salad or green veg and if you're extra hungry some mash potato to soak up the sauce.
