Chicken & Leek Pie
One of our best sellers & all round family favourites!
Chicken & leeks slowed cooked in a creamy sauce with an uncooked puffed pastry top. The pastry top then browns to perfection when you bake your pie!
NOTE - this is a traditional pie, so there is no pastry bottom!
Preheat oven to 180C. Bake from frozen for 20-40 minutes until pastry puffed. Eat within 48 hours of defrosting.
Serve with some mashed potato & steamed green beans, or your favourite green salad.
